Drawing, black and white chalk, 45,5 x 31 cm, brown laid paper, unsigned (a few minor creases).
Under passe-partout.
Looking proudly to the beholder, this fine portrait shows a self-confident young nobleman in fashionable attire. The lacework of his collar has been expertly rendered with a few touches of white chalk.
