Various sizes, on vellum and paper, in Dutch, French and Spanish (some seals missing).

1-2. Two deeds relating to Jacques II de Luxembourg, Lord of Fiennes and Knight of the Golden Fleece, influential member of the entourage of Philip the Handsome (1510-1519).-- 3. Jan van Metteneye, counsellor to Charles V, designated Jan Adornes, Josse de Lens, Diego Perez and Jan van Roode as procurators of his lands of Maarke and Poelvoorde he had just inherited from his brother. Valladolid, 16 Feb. 1523 (= 1524 n.s.). 1 f.-- 4. Deed relating to an annuity belonging to Richard van Merode (1550). 1 f.-- 5-6. Two deeds relating to Jacques d'Ostrel, Lord of Val and Lierre (1609-1610). 2 ff.-- 7. Deed in the name of Jean du Chastel, provost of the city of Saint-Amand (1610). 1 f.-- 8. Receipt for a "relief" drawn up by Jacqueline du Bois de Fiennes, widow of Louis de Saint Venan, to an officer of Charles of Egmont (1616). 1 f.-- 9. Deed in the name of Philippe du Chastelet, bailiff of Ponthoir, relating to a property in Tournai (1614). 1 f. With a red pendant seal.-- 10-11. Two letters in Spanish, one by Balthasar de Santander, member of the Council of War (1621). 2 ff.-- 12. Deed relating to Jacques de Noyelle, Lord of Maldeghem, Lisbourg, Croix, etc. (1628). 1 f.-- 13. Letter of annuity in the name of Eustache de Croÿ-Roeulx (1649). 2 ff.-- 14. "Lettres de seureté de corps" addressed from Brussels to Anselme Ignace Adornes (1687). 1 f.-- 15. Certificate of nobility of Philippe Robert van der Gracht's daughters (1672). 1 f.-- 16. Unfilled printed "Escu des armoiries" with Adorne's coat of arms (ca. 1690). 1 f.-- 17-26. Collection of 10 receipts and procurations relating to properties in Dublin, Oudenaarde, Veurne,etc., given in the names of Baron of Draeck, Marie Thérèse of Egmont, etc. (1657-1797). 10 ff.-- 27. Receipt for a "relief" to the Prince of Ligne (1728). 1 f.-- 28. Letter addressed to the Lord of Pamele (1793). 1 f.
