Etching, 40,5 x 61,8 cm, wove paper, signed in plate at lower right "G.B. Piranesi Architetto fec.".
Under passe-partout and wooden frame (not studied outside frame).
Part of the series "Views of Rome" (135 pl.). Very clear and dark impression with good contrasts of 3rd state (of 6).
