Contemp. calf (corners def.), gilt orn. spine with 4 raised bands (joints rubbed, sm. def. at head and tail). Inside good copy.
Very rare commentary of Sassenus on the pharmacopeia Bruxellensis (Foppens, 1702). Ill. with one engraving on p. 49 of a "Balneum Maris" also known as a bain-marie, a type of heated bath.
