Framed.
First and only state of Ortelius' second map of Europe that is of superior engraving quality in comparison with the first. It also has "Africae Pars" in cursive capitals. Based upon Mercator's 1554 map of Europe. Occurs between 1584 and 1609 in the "Theatrum".
