Contemp. brown morocco, gilt ruled covers with fillets and roll-stamps (the inner one with angular acanthus leaves and urns on sides) decorated with central coat of arms, gilt orn. flat spine, a.e.g. (sl. faded, wormholes to spine, sm. and light scratches to lower covers).

Collection of 2 speeches and 1 letter by B. Gazola (1744-1832), Bishop of Cervia, Montefiascone and Corneto. He was appointed Cardinal in 1824 by Leo XI. Composed of: "Allocuzione [...] alli Rmi Sig. canonici della sua chiesa cattedrale nel giorno in cui da loro ei si congedò ed eglino per la prima volta vestirono con breve apostolico la cappa magna", "Omelia [...] recitata al popolo cervese per annunziargli la prossima sua traslazione voluta da N.S. alle due chiese suddette [Montefiascone e Corneto]", "Ad utrumque clerum et populum epistola pastoralis". Coat of arms of the Greyfriars copper-engraved on title of each part.
