St Francis holding the infant Christ Child gazing at the Virgin who appears in the upper left. The head of a monk is depicted at the lower right. Only state of print by the Bolognese painter and printmaker Pietro Faccini (1562-1602), after a painting made by the artist for the church of the Capucins in Bologna.
