3 (of 7) engravings, 20,5 x 24,2 cm, on laid paper, signed in pl, numbered in lower left margin (trimmed to the framing line, def. in text margin without loss of text, pasted on paper).

Stuck under passe-partout.

Mercury, Jupiter and Venus. Representations of the Planetary Gods sitting in a carriage, pulled by emblematic animals, and flanked by the astrological zodiac signs. Each engraving is accompanied by a Latin text. Second state by Th. Galle.
