Stuck under passe-partout, under glass and in stylish contemp. cherry wood frame.
Rare and nice view of Innsbruck from a panoramic platform with some visitors. Waagen (1800-1873) was specialised in landscapes and portraits. He was the brother of art historian Gustav Waagen.
