Rare incunable edition of this short commentary on logic by the Dresden author Petrus Gerticz (or Dresdensis, 1350-1421), a commentary on Petrus Hispanus' "Summulae logicales", the base text for logic teaching in Germany. Woodcut on title (angel holding an escutcheon) by M. Wolgemut (1434-1519) and 2 medallion portraits. Three larger medallion portraits on verso title (pope, emperor, philosopher). Printed in gothic type. Capital spaces. Two 4-line red initials, four 3-line and five 2-line red initials. Woodcut printer's device at end. Ref.
