Lot description
Folio, 33,5 x 23,5 cm, on vellum, in French, sign. "par le Roy à la rela[ti]on du Lieutenant Michiels", red wax seal of Philip IV of Spain, 1 (of 4) seal of an overlord pres. (red seal broken with loss and very fragile).
Deed confirming the sale of the lordships of Sint-Agatha-Rhode (and its enclaved villages Rode and Neerpoorten), Ottenburg and Nethen and the census of Clabecq to Thomas Lopez de Ulloa, knight of the Order of Alcántara, and his wife Clara de Orta de Ulloa. The Ulloa family owned the lordships until the end of the ancien régime.
