Second edition (1st 1689) of one of the first narratives on "Pirates of the Caribbean". In 1679, the French adventurer Lussan (1663-169?) embarked to Santo Domingo where he stayed for 3 years in search of fortune. Unsuccesful and to pay his debts, he joined a band of buccaneers with which he sailed the seas for 2 years. This work certainly inspired Daniel Defoe's Robinson Crusoe.
