C. 32 x 47 cm, plica 4 cm, vellum, German, 1st three lines calligraphically written, pendant large red wax seal in wooden box. Good condition.

Maximilian Henry of Bavaria (1621-1688) was Archbishop-Elector of Cologne (1650-1688), Prince-Bishop of Liege (1650–1688) and Münster (1633–1688).
