Jansenist brown morocco signed Creuzevault, gilt-titled spine with raised bands, gilt top edge, ill. wrapper pres. (some very minor scratches).
First Spanish edition of "Mein Kampf", actually an abridged edition authorized by the Nazis. Copy with aut. s. dedication (in Spanish) of the translator, Federico Nielsen Reyes, Bolivian diplomatic representative in Berlin (and Nazi) to Don Simon I. Patiño, Minister of Bolivia in Paris, dated Berlin, August 1936.

Prov. Simón Iturri Patiño (1860-1947), Bolivian industrialist, nicknamed "The Andean Rockefeller", who had been living between Europe and Bolivia since around 1912. While living in Paris he was appointed Minister to France and represented Bolivia in 1938 at the Évian Conference, convened to address the question of German and Austrian Jewish refugees wishing to flee persecution by Nazi Germany.
