Decorative continental map extending to include Greenland, the Davis Street and sm. parts of America, North Africa and Anatolia, as well as a detailed representation of the phantom island "Frislandt". With 3 cartouches containing the title, scale and an extensive text. From the 1628 French Mercator-Hondius Atlas (verso partly visible, leaf P).
