2nd issue in black of the pl., with any reference to the French King deleted, of a suite of 42 numb. engraved plates for the use of painters, drawn by Ch. Monnet (Paris 1732-1808) and engraved by G. Demarteau (Liège 1729-Paris 1776). The suite consists of a title, an "Avertissement" and 40 anatomical plates.
