A new edition, most likely under false address, of the great history of the Dutch Revolt until 1608, as seen by the Dutch themselves, compiled by Emanuel van Meteren (1535-1612), divided in 28 books. Followed by an "Appendix", describing the events of 1609. Ill. with an engr. title, a full-page portrait of the author, the folding map "Inferior Germania" and numerous in-text portraits.
