Rare map of Brabant, here presented as a portable theatre-of-war atlas, published for French officers toward the end of the War of the Austrian Succession (1740-1748), incl. 1 general map and 24 "Cartes particulières", all with hand-coloured details. According to the Mercure de France (June 1748), this atlas was presented to King Louis XV in 1747.
