Despite the mention on title, this is not the second edition which was already published in 1750 by the same publishers (1st 1746). Ill. with a front. representing one of Nollet's hazardous experiments with static electricity "Electric boy" taking place in a cabinet of curiosities and 4 fold. plates depicting various machines to produce electricity.
