Lot description
Drawing, pen, brown ink, watercolour and goldpaint, vellum, c. 73 x 50 cm (some stains, sl. soiled, edges frayed).
Decorated with an ornamental scale cartouche, heightened with goldpaint, and some houses along the road. Possibly depicting a part of Brabant (Leuven), as the plan mentions the border of the jurisdiction of a prelate ("Tot hier compt de jurisdictie van den prelaet van Perck"), likely the prelate of the Park Abbey (Abdij van Park) near Leuven.
