Black ink, grey wash, c. 24,4 x 34,4 cm, laid paper with part. watermark (crowned shield with fleur-de-lys), 2 signed "de Sparr fecit", French ms. notes in pen (few spots, few sm. creases and sm. tear on edges, few wormholes).
Nice set of antique sites with elaborate descriptions below, incl. Trajan's Forum, Castel Sant'Angelo & St Peter's Basilica, the Aventine Hill, Circus of Maxentius and two angles on the Roman Forum.
