Sm. 4to, 22 x 15,5 cm: [13]-255 ff. incl. some blanks, brown ink on paper, by at least two different hands (occ. stains, last ff. in a smaller format, some mod; pencil annot.).
Contemp. vellum, ink-titled "Epitaphes/ MSS." on spine (light soiling, traces of ties).
Voluminous collection reproducing numerous funerary inscriptions with drawings of coats of arms. Concerns many families, e.g. d'Arenberg, de Croÿ, de Corte, Daneels, della Faille, Groesbeeck, de Gavre, de Hennin, de Hornes, Herckenrode, de Lannoy, de Merode, vander Noot, de Robiano, Snoy, vander Straeten, t'Serclaes, de Tassis, de Villegas, de Wouters, vander Zype, van Zeebroeck, etc. Table of names. Enriched with 4 additional ff. by the same hands.
