Dutch re-edition of this major textbook on criminal law by the Bruges lawyer J. de Damhouder (1507-1581), with, in addition, "Ordinancie, Edict/ ende gebot/ ons sHeeren des Concincx/ op t stuck van de criminele iusticie in dese sijne Nederlanden" (part title). Ill. with a nice engraved title with 8 scenes of criminal justice and 56 woodcuts (showing crimes) in text. Woodcut mark on part title. Gothic type.
