16mo, 15,3 x 11 cm: 157-[1 bl.] ff., on vellum, quires old lettered A-V, mod. foliation (minor soiling, a few flaws in vellum partly repaired, tear in blank bottom margin f. 48).

Old sheep, gilt-orn. spine with raised bands and morocco label, red edges, (later) decorative endpapers, red silk marker marker (heavily rubbed but firm). In good condition.

Decoration: rubricated in red; numerous 2-line initials in red or blue; a few larger initials in red or blue; on ff. 138v and 150r larger initial with red penwork extending into the margin.
