Contemp. limp vellum wrappers (soiled, tear at bottom lower cover). Good copy.
Unidentified edition of a very popular catechetical instruction book. The approbation is dated 15 August 1624. 28 sm. woodcuts. At the end a full-page woodcut by "ICI" (J.C. Jegher) after "EQ" (Erasmus Quellin), with circular portraits of lexicographers (i.a. Kiliaan), first used in 1639 as frontispice of C. Oudin’s "Grand dictionnaire".
