Collected Latin poetry of the Clermont poet Bonnefons (1554-1614), including his "Basia", one of the best imitations of Janus Secundus. These fine erotic verses are followed by poems on the city of Dijon, the Tumultus Gallicus and a number of occasional pieces. Woodcut mark on title, head and tail pieces. Title printed in red and black. Tonson stocklist at the end (1 p.).
