Mounted at upper edge, under passe-partout. Ref. Hollstein XXIII.47-48.62.II (of II). - New Hollstein (Hendrick Goltzius) 608.I (of II). Prov. Unident. stamp (L.2641b). - 2. Matham, Jacob - Jupiter and Europa. 26,3 x 19,1 cm, signed "HGoltzius inve. / J. Matham sculp", address "Petrus Schenk Junior Exc. / CJVisscher excudit" (cut to image, framing line in brown ink, few creases, few spots, corner strengthened). Ref.
