Contemp. red morocco, gilt-orn. covers and spine with title label, decorated endpapers, a.e.g. (sl. faded, rubbed, back cover discoloured).
A portrait of the German author Christoph Martin Wieland (1733-1813), followed by 29 scenes from his oeuvre, mostly designed by Johann Heinrich Ramberg (1763-1840).
