Copperplate, 24,0 x 16,0 cm.
Finely etched after a 17th-c. model. Artists from the Dutch Golden Age produced very similar paintings. See for example Rembrandt's portrait in New York (The Metropolitan Museum of Art, inv. 14.40.620).
