Account book of Jehan Blondeau (with his nice signature inside lower cover) with profits from his properties and from those of the Van Duerloep and Franckaert families, mainly situated in Wavre, but also in Louvain and Ottembourg (Huldenberg). With an alphabetical index on f. [1v] and an inserted f.
