4 parts in 1 vol., folio: [24]-332, [2]-144, [14]-169-[1 bl.], [2]-58 ff. (toning, some pl. loose, some min. soiling on maps, 1 map loose with folds sl. torn).
Contemp. blind-st. calf over wood, covers with large blind central ornament within double ruled frame and corner pieces, metal corner pieces, edges bevelled inside, spine with raised bands, large metal clasps and catches (some tiny scratches, front joint & tail only very sl. rubbed). Good copy in a nicely preserved contemp. decorative binding.
Monumental Dutch "Keur" Bible, corr. and annot. edition. Privilege of the "Staten Generael der Vereenighde Nederlanden". Engr. ill.: general title, 6 double-page maps, i.a. Paradise, world map, map of Jerusalem, Canaan and the travels of Paul, and 12 numbered full-page pl. by D. Jongman, each holding 6 ill. Maps signed P & J. Keur (2) and Stoopendael (1). Woodcut mark on part titles. Printed in Gothic type in 2 col. NT and Apocrypha with separate title and same imprint (Keur, 1736).
