First French edition of Haafner's 3 voyages translated by M. Jansen from the Dutch ed. of 1806-1810. Haafner (1754-1809) was a German-Dutch travel writer who lived in and wrote extensively on India and Sri Lanka. Ill. with 5 plates of which 3 fold. showing dancers and temples.
