Old blind-st. calf over wood, (later) spine with raised bands and morocco label, vellum tabs (front cover loose, rubbed, old repairs, joints split, head and tail def., clasps and catches gone).

Repr. of the 1537 Savetier ed. of Thomas Aquina’s Gospel commentary. Woodcut marks on title (esp. Petit’s). Title printed in red and black within woodcut border. Text in 2 col. Nicely rubricated in yellow throughout. A number of large initials with fine old hand-colouring.
