2 parts in one vol., 8vo: cclxii-[54], xxi-[6 (of 7)] ff. (last f. with printer's mark missing, sl. (marg.) dampstaining, larger at end of the vol., occ. marg. soiling or staining).
Mod. vellum tinted in green, flat spine (rubbed, black staining on front cover, ties missing).
Edition published 100 years after the Pragmatic Sanction of Bourges was issued (7 July 1483) by Charles VII of France. The royal decree limited the authority of the pope over the Church within France. With the commentary of Guymier (1483-1498), president of the Parliament of Paris under king Charles VIII. Titles, the 1st printed in red & black, within identical orn. architectural frame, orn. initials. Mark of A. Vincent at end of 1st part. Text in 2 col. in Gothic type.
