Pencil, brown ink, 21,2 x 27,5 cm, laid paper (few sm. tears on edges, some strengthened, some thumbing on edges).
Mounted at upper edge.
Nice tondo after the design drawing by Perino del Vaga (1501-1547) in Paris (Louvre, inv. 594) or the engraved crystal by Giovanni Bernardi (1494-1553) on the Cassetta Farnese in Naples (Museo di Capodimonte), one of the most exceptional examples of Renaissance precious metalwork.
