Lot description
Etching, 21,4 x 28,3 cm, laid paper with watermark (caduceus?), numb. 9 and 2, Latin text (very sm. stain).
Good impression with margins. Good condition.
Fine etching from a series of scenes from Genesis, formerly attributed to Pieter van der Borcht. A complete set is in Wolfenbüttel (Herzog August Bibliothek, inv. Graph. Res. D: 289.2).
