Satirical card, with a bitter tone, in Dutch: "Het Pruissische miliarisme [...] laten u met blijdschap weten dat [...] hunnen afgod, zot, troetelkind, brandstichter, sluipmoordenaar [...] ex-keizer Wilhelm Hohenzollern & Cie smartelijk overleden is na vier jaar, 3 maanden en 10 dagen, niets anders dan moorden, branden, vloeken [...] en laf zijn gaan loopen te zijn op 10 november 1918 [...]".
