Contemp. vellum, gilt coat of arms on covers ruled with a gilt roll-stamp, gilt orn. spine with raised bands, spr. edges.
Works of Suetonius with notes of i.a. Heinrich Glarean, Isaac Casaubon and Johann Georg Graevius edited by the philologist and Professor at Utrecht, Petrus Burman (1668-1741). Illustrated with a frontispiece, 34 fold. plates and some in-text representing coins and a title-vignette, all copper-engraved. Title in red & black.
