First edition of the treatise on perspective by the French engineer Jeaurat (1699-1775), who was employed at the French court of Louis XV. Illustrated with 129 engr. (most full-page), numerous engr. headpieces (by Pierre Soubeyran) and tailpieces (most by P.E. Babel).
