18th-c. green shagreen, boards framed with a triple gilt fillet, gilt-orn. flat spine, gilt inside dentelle, a.e.g. (joints sl. rubbed).
Translation by André du Ryer, French orientalist. With the rare dedication to chancellor Seguier.
