Brown ink, 13,7 x 31,5 cm, laid paper with watermark (crowned shield with fleur-de-lys) (edges and sm. hole strengthened, few spots, few sm. creases).
Hinged at upper edges. Under passe-partout.
Interesting drawing of one of Jan Brueghel I's favourite subjects. See similar paintings in London (Apsley House, inv. WM.1639-1948) and Washington (National Gallery of Art, inv. 2020.26.1).
