Hinged at upper edge. Under passe-partout.
First state from the 1598 French "Theatrum Orbis Terrarum" (leaf 89, no pagination).
Ref. Van den Broecke (2011) Ort142 (mentions "tient de ceste isle" as the last line, while our copy mentions "escrit de ceste isle").
