Extremely rare (2nd recorded copy?) Latin poem written in the name of the Affligem Benedictine monastery, congratulating Mechelen with the inauguration of its 4th archbishop Jacob Boonen (1573-1655), previously 6th bishop of Ghent (1617-1620).
