Contemp. gilt overl. vellum, covers with gilt-ruled border and central lozenge-shaped ornament (sl. soiled, sm. white spots on lower cover, sm. def. to top of lower joint).

Extremely rare Leiden Maire re-issue of the extensive Chouet Geneva ed. of 1619 (BB V:301:T-81/82). With the original dedication to Chr. Plantin. Woodcut mark on title.
