Large obl. folio (c. 34 x 64 cm, plica 5,2 cm), 1 f., vellum, French. In very good condition (3 sm. holes in central fold).
"Rente faite par oliuier belin au profit de robert delecrois, du fief des croissans le 6 Juin 1463" (in tergo). 5 (of 6) tails, 1 with sm. red wax seal attached. Large calligraphic penwork initial.
