Lot description
Pencil, brush and sepia, 25,1 x 34,0 cm, wove paper, signed and dated "E. Breton 1834." (few spots).
Mounted at upper edges, under passe-partout. Good condition.
The French archeologist and artist Ernest Breton (1812-1875) specialized in landscapes and antique monuments.
Joined: Landscape with castle and man with dog. 19th c. Brush and grey ink, framing line in pencil, 27,5 x 39,6 cm, wove paper, unsigned (hinges still present, light folds in margin). (2 pcs)
