Volckaert (Saint-Gilles 1902-1973) was a Belgian painter and draughtsman. He studied at the academy in Saint-Gilles with Franz Gailliard. He's mostly known for his works of old Brussels corners and streets, canal views, landscapes, forest views, etc.
