In gilt frame.

With a dedication on back of frame "Avec mon meilleur souvenir et tous mes hommages" and an adress "49, rue Renkin Bruxelles 3" (Schaerbeek). Frédéric (Brussels 1856-1940) was a Belgian Symbolist painter.
