Under passe-partout and frame (not studied outside frame).
Scene in the rain depicting Don Quixote in full armour on his horse, while Sancho Panza, his squire, is hiding in fear under his donkey.
Joined: St Rumbold's Cathedral in Mechelen. 1887. Black ink, brown wash, 14,9 x 10 cm, wove paper, signed (unidentified) and dated. (2 pcs)
