Sealed and bound together.
Ms. inscription on verso: "The Right Honorable [?] Cornwallis Lord de Montalt and Edward Whitwell Esq[uire] // Henry Cecil and ill[ustrious] Phillmore Esquires // Lease for a year Dated 29th May 1788". Cornwallis Maude (1729-1803), 1st Viscount Hawarden and Lord of Montalt, is an Anglo-Irish peer and politician.
